Sophia07,
I appreciate the clarification. To delete iCloud from your old iPhone 4, you will need to be sure that the Find My iPhone Feature is disabled.
Here are those steps: http://vz.to/1R0oShR.
Once this has been completed, then Erase iPhone. Here are those steps: http://vz.to/1PeCOHk.

Sophia07, you have reached the right place for help with your Verizon iCloud. Are you trying to delete content from the Verizon Cloud App, that is now downloaded onto your LG G5?

No I'm trying to delete Icloud from my old Iphone4 that was given to
someone I know. The phone is not activated. Actually the entire phone
needs to be dumped including Icloud. SIM card still in it. Not part of my
Verizon Icloud on my new LG5 phone.

Take the SIM card out (a new one is free at Verizon corporate stores); factory reset the phone, and remove the device from your apple ID. That should clear all connections with you, your Verizon account, and your iCloud account.

I just re-read your original post - from the LG Phone, I think the most you could do is to separate the iPhone from the Apple ID account; the person who has the phone should get a new SIM, and they can factory reset the phone so they can start anew with their own apple ID.

The iPhone 4 didn't have a SIM card slot for the Verizon model.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Hello SuzyQ - thanks for responding. I did everything you said. You do
realize I'm trying this on my Android phone. I'm able to get into my Apple
account but no devices appear. Not even view details appears. Its almost
like after logging in not much is happening in the device area. Any ideas?
