Anyone else try to preorder the G3 this morning using Edge from the Verizon website and it errors out? I've tried on 2 different computer with 3 different browsers and on my Nexus 7 and it errored out just after choosing to Skip an Edge Down Payment.

I guess I have good luck with Verizon on the phone. I called them and within 10 minutes of dialing I had my over-the-phone order completed. I never was able to get the Edge pre-order to work correctly.

Same here; been trying to pre-order via the EDGE plan. After bypassing the EDGE device payment you just get a blank screen. The order doesn't get processed.

Yes been getting a timeout error all day trying to pre order the lg g3 with edge since am until 5 mins ago. called verizon too for 1 hour and 30 mins to tell me to try in two hours they were trying to fix it. What's going on. 14 hours and they cant fix it. I'm sick , of this crap. Any word yet on fixing it?

Yes, the pre-ordering for this phone seems to be all messed up. I just tried again at 6:30am EST with Google Chrome and Internet Explorer and it still hangs after clicking either the "continue without payment" or "make payment" options (i tried both).
Ugghh... I want this phone.
I guess I'll try again at 12pm EST.

Many times the website tells you that you can order, but someone up in who knows where land forgot to check with their IT people to see if they coded the site to actually be able to order.
Where I worked the ITU checked the site prior to putting it out for public use. It makes for less complaints

I spent almost an hour on chat trying various things with the rep. I knew it wouldn't work, but I went along and tried their suggestions.
I have no idea why these reps don't have test accounts where they can try things like this and see if it works for that test account. I know we have test accounts where I work to try out various pieces of web apps. These accounts come in handy when many people call in with the same problems. All the Verizon rep would have to do is try to buy a G3 on an Edge agreement. They will soon find out that IT DOES NOT WORK, and they'd escalate it to their web programmers.
