My G4 has suddenly developed sketchy signal strength. Tried a factory reset as a last resort, to no avail. There have been times where I had no bars, popped the cover and battery, restarted, then magically have 4 or 5 bars. But it never lasts. Anyone else having this problem?

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? I have the same issue, and I believe it started happening with the most recent system update that was applied to my phone.

A software update is supposed to enhance the phone features, not cause signal issues. Let’s work to make sure we get your strong signal back. What Zip Code are you in? Can you please explain the service troubles you are experiencing? (Any dropped calls? Trouble with texts or data?)

Hi there. I ended up calling Verizon support and they are sending me a replacement G4. I should have it today and hope this solves the problem.
