LG G5 charging issues

This is the second phone. Once I did the update verizon kept pushing it would no longer charge to 100% and stay there over night.

Now it is only charging to 85% and then stops.

This phone had no problems before.

Yes already did factory reset. Yes tried pulling battery. So next option is???

Yes still under the 13 day warranty from bestbuy

Literally, the 12th day and I was about to take it back I was sent another update. This fixed the charging issue.

au5599, having a properly working device is paramount. I welcome the opportunity to address your inquiry. Since your phone is still under the exchange/warranty period for Best Buy, your best option would be to return/exchange it for that issue.

Mine caught on fire with lg cables now verizon doesnt want to hold up to their end of the bargain for less than month old device
