Had to use my phone to dial 911. Now it doesn’t recognize my unlock pattern. Any ideas other the hard data reset?
Thanks for reaching out, certainly we want to make sure your phone is working properly and you can unlock it. I know it sounds simple, but have you tried restarting it? This can cure many different issues. Please let us know how this goes.
