Will there be an update to the update that fixes all the problems created by the last update. Seems to me there are enough people (document by even Verizon help) that have battery issues, keyboard freezing and a number of other problems that are clearly tied to the very date the update concluded. Why would you make everyone go through the process of backing up and factory resetting when it's so clear that the update failed. So again:. Can you simply fix all the known problems (you know what they are) and not make people waste their time with calling technicians from Verizon? They take no ownership and simply say they have protocol to follow. lG...... Fix the problems.
