LG V50 ThinQ Call issues

I am having issues when on a normal phone call  wit my ear to the device,  The phone goes quiet to the other person & my phone has opened the add contact up in the top right corner. Is there any way to disable that option tab (3 little dots) or move it somewhere else? Any help would be appreciated.

We thank you for sharing details. Help is here. It sounds as if you are touching something to make the screen go to the add contact option. Has this always been a concern? What happens when you are on a call on speaker. Does the screen change?
