I recently purchased an LG Velvet. My previous phones were an LG G6 and G4. I know how to use Do Not Disturb. But it is not working properly on my Velvet. I have some contacts set as favorites and I have my DND settings set to Priority texts and calls to come through with sound. They do not, they come through but are silent. I restarted the phone several times to no avail.
Thank you for reaching out to us for information on this matter. Have you been able to set this and it work at all since getting the new device. Do the settings appear exactly the same as your old device at this time?

Hi. No, it won't work properly. I have tried numerous times..... Yes, I have set it the same way that I did on my old phones.
