I have only had my g3 for a couple of months and it has been a piece of

garbage since the day I got it and I should have sent it back within that

two weeks but I didn't and so I'm kind of stuck with it in fact I'm headed

to Glasgow to see what can be done with it which is in Montana and 50 miles

from where I live

I would like to know what can be done to restore my G3 to KK, or to make lollipop run smoothly. As an example, i have a one touch dial on my home screen. When pressed, it takes 12 seconds for the dialing screen to appear and the call to be initiated. Also, when the square soft key is pressed to display all the running apps, it takes 29 seconds for the rolodex of running apps to display. This is what i mean when i say the phone is laggy.

With regards to the battery life, i have seen posts suggesting that the battery will normalize over time, however it's been more than a week and i have seen continued poor performance.

We want you to get back to enjoying your device. What specific problems are you having? How long ago did you update the LG G3?

I have had it for about 2 months. There have been so many issues with it I

spent a couple hours at the Verizon store in Glasgow, MT. Got a new SIM

card and took forever to activate. I have not done the lollipop update and

have no plans to until the other issues are fixed. They put it on global

because of the area and now I have a blasted popup every few second saying

there may be higher charges. All I can say is there better not be

I believe all the answers to these questions can be found in my first post. Are there additional details you need?

***Can Verizon acknowledge that there are some serious issues with the OTA update to lollipop on the LG G3?

***Is Verizon doing anything to fix our phones???  How soon can we expect a fix?

We've been a loyal Verizon family plan customer for years, but this will certainly push us to another carrier.

No response?? Verizon customer support does nothing more than ask questions. Are you ever going to come up with a resolution? I have read numerous articles that state factually in real lab tests that the LG Lollipop update is reducing battery life by an average of 6 hours whereas on other phones like the S5 it increased battery life. I bought a flagship phone to have the best, not to have an update ruin it. When will we get some answers?!

I am doing my best not to update to that until all my other issues with the

phone are addressed.

Is there some way I can help you help me?

Did rereading my initial post sufficiently answer your questions? Or is more information needed?

I really would like to see that Verizon is doing more than feigning interest.

Is anyone there?

Sorry, I forgot to message you. I got a replacement phone today. I will

drive the 50 miles tomorrow to get it activated. Don't think it will help

but....I am going to get a battery for my iPhone and get a second

line....since Verizon won't take this phone back...a phone that was a bad

choice for this area...wish I had known before I got it. I hope they warn

others in the area so they don't go,through what I have gone through.

Thank you for your help
