Not sure if it is a LG phone problem or a Verizon problem but our mobile phones no long are able to use Hot Spot to connect our other devices. LG Stylo 5
I was able to use my hotspot just fine earlier today and now I'm receiving the message that my order couldn't be processed and that I should subscribe to the plan. I've checked my plan I am subscribed the have the mobile hotspot. So, I'm in the same boat and I'm trying to understand as well if it's simply a service issue going on or if I need to be helped so I can troubleshoot the issue.
