***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. My LG4 keeps dropping service. It goes from 4G to 3G to no service. What is causing this?

This has been going on for two days and I have powered down my phone twice. I have not reset it yet, hoping there is a better fix before I do that. No one else on our Verizon plan is experiencing this issue. I cannot call customer service because my phone drops calls while doing this. Any suggestions?
