My battery is draining quickly after an update. How do I fix this?

I've done several things tech support told me to and nothing works!

Re: Is there anything that can be done about the Lollipop update problems?  My battery only lasts about 3 hrs now!

If a factory data reset exercising the option to deselect app data restore did not work, then you might try for a replacement G3 and try the update again.
