I have an Lg G4 phone, malfunctioning, if it turns on it goes straight to the red Verizon check off screen. I have taken it to 2 stores, 1 told me the phone was toast, one did go as far as giving me a tech support number, but I can't get through the prompts before I lose the call. The phone should be in warranty, the phone is insured. Why can't I get anyone to help

You have an LG G4 in warranty?

Google LG G4 Safe Mode. If you can get into Safe Mode, backup your personal content (like pictures, music, downloads, etc).

If that worked, try powering down and back up. Is your device working now?

You might try to:

Google LG G4 Boot into Recovery

First try selecting System Cache Wipe. Reboot the phone. Is it working now?

If that doesn't work, you might have to perform a Factory Data Reset, in which case, you'd lose all your personal content.
