Not receiving calls on my G5

My Mom keeps trying to call me and I have her number listed in my phone, but it keeps rejecting her call and sending it to voicemail.  I get an A in a red circle with hashmark going through the A beside her call.  What should I do?

Receiving phone calls from mom are a must. Let's figure this out together! How long has this been happening? Is this happening every single time that your mom is calling, or is it intermittent? Are any other callers impacted by this as well?
