try opening the cloud app on your phone and see what was backed up. It might be something from your PC or text/call logs which we can't seem to be able to view from the website.
One last thing to try to see where the content might be. Go into the app on the phone, go into the Tools section on the main menu and try the Content Restore. I think there will be some check box selections for each of the date types and I think it also tells you how many things are available to be restored.
