My phone is freezing up to the point I can not answer calls or open Apps. After a few minutes, it will unfreeze. I can do a reset and it works for a few days, then freezes again. Verizon store said they could not help. That I would have to call Tech Support. I am trying this blog first.
db734, keeping you connected with a working phone is a priority. What type of reset do you complete? How much memory is available in settings for the device?
