Problem with setting photos as my home screen wallpaper

To my knowledge I did not change any relevant settings for this to be happening, but now when I select one of my photos to be my home screen wallpaper, the photo appears to be huge now so I can't see the whole image, just part of the original photo like at close range. I'm guessing by something I read that it might have something to do with crop set, but I have no idea if that's it or how to do it. Help.

Let's adjust that wallpape asap and get you viewing your pictures normally. Which photo application are you using to apply the picture as your background?
