How do you get back off LG g3? Instructions didn't work.

Thanks, but this did not help. As I said in my question,. I did follow the

pictures on the Verizon website. The back just would not open. It moved

slightly but I couldn't get it to open.

After watching a YouTube video on how to remove the back from the LG G3, I can see where the written instructions are lacking, fedup1948.  Especially Step 5, it states “gently lift and remove the battery cover”, instead I want you to work your fingernail around the edge of the device.
