When I tap on my G5, it takes about 10-20 seconds for the screen to appear. Is this normal? I've looked everywhere to change it. Can anyone help me?
That is not normal, LN1966. My initial thought is that maybe a sensor is obscured to delay response. Do you use any protective case? If so, does the delay occur when this case is off?
Additionally, how long has this been going on for? Did it start after installing an app?
