since the new software update my phone is now having major call issues. I try to call someone and they cannot hear me, I am in the middle of a call and they can no longer hear me, in the middle of a call sound starts going in and out. Sometimes if I switch to speaker phone it resolves it but not always. I have already had my device replaced and it is still happening on the new device. Please help
We certainly want you to make/receive calls without any audio issues, Tiggerslily. You indicate that these issues started after a software update and continue even after a device replacement.
