Upgraded to 5.0.1 and can't connect to the computer anymore. Can't find the drivers for it.

My wife's G3 will connect no problem but with the 5.0.1 upgrade it can no longer find the usb drivers for it and won't connect to the computer. Any one else have this problem?? And if so, how did you fix it.??
