Not sure if anyone at VERIZON watches these boards but here it goes.
Looks like the programmers at Verizon messed up up the accounting software with their update in January and it DOES NOT properly calculate the voice alottments with older plans. IE - all calls are treated as roaming overages. No credit given for the VOICE portion of the calling plan. I have called no less than 10 times since January 4 - 5 diamant tickets issued and to date - NOTHING from the peons at tech in Verizon. Further - customer service - working remotely or from chicken farms in the Philippines have all been short for useless. Industry leader? In a pig's eye.
