VS985 4G LTE no longer finds Vtech phone

I purchased a Vtech phone set which is suppose to be able to "pair" with my LG phone. I had paired it per instructions and tested it. Worked fine until I forgot to turn off bluetooth on my cell phone. My phone would not find the Vtech phone or other devices, LG tablet and car speaker. I went to a Verizon store and at the store my phone found the devices in the store and my tablet which I had taken. At phone still could not find Vtech phone.  Vtechj phone shows my cell phone as a paired device also can't find how to delete it from Vtech phone thinking may need to re "pair"
