Variable Internet connection?

Anyone else having problems with Internet? I don't live in a 4G area but when I am in a 4G I hardly ever see 4G. Lucky to see 3G. I mostly have 1X. If I shut it off and turn it on it will go to 3G for a little while but not long. Sometimes when I turn it off it won't turn on again. The only way it works is to remove the battery for a few seconds and replace it. Then it will turn on. Smiley Sad

movinggirl1, We want you to have the best service experience with your LG G3! What areas are you typically located when you notice the signal changes (zips)? Does the signal continue to fluctuate this way in every area that you visit? Please share more details. We're eager to look into this for you.

Good morning,

I would love to reply to the message but I have been waiting for it to open

for almost 5 minutes. Says 3G but the communication arrows do not work in

either direction most of the time. And when they do I don't think it is for

long enough to open the page. It is finally loading right now but I will

continure with my email. I live in 59201, it is terrible. It is Extended 3G

although I hear Nemont is going 4G here. I mostly get 1X, occational 3G but

often with communication only onw way. In Glasgow, 59230 a 4G area, it is

so variable and most of the time is not 4G. One time I was there it was 4G

for about 3 min that I saw. Sometimes 3G but a lot of 1X. I went to Havre

this weekend and had some 4G, in weird places too like at the lot of a

nature trail when my bluetooth would not work. Again some 3G and lots of

1X. I went to Kiwanis Park, at Fort Peck lake and had 4G much of the time I

was there. When it works it's awesome...it just doesn't work often. It's

very frustrating because it is long past the time to send it back.

Most people have Verizon and they do not have issues. They also have a

Montana number. I have a North Carolina number although if it would help I

would get a Montana number. What are your thoughts on that?

I have a Fitbit and it takes forever to sync with that and when it does

it's all squirelly. Often takes 2 or 3 tries for it to work.

I have no idea what to do....I want my iPhone back!

Thank you for getting back to me.

We want to keep you at top speed! Can you confirm your current device software version through Settings>About Phone? Please remove and reinsert the SIM card to ensure it is seated properly as this may contribute to the inconsistent connections..

Here is a screen shot of my settings. I was away this weekend when I got

the notification about the new update. I did not see good reviews on that

so I am afraid to download it!

I tried to remove the SIM card and could not so I guess it will have to

wait until I get to Glasgow again

Since I tried to take the SIM card out it no longer recognizes my Fitbit. I

am going to try resetting my Fitbit when I get home. If that doesn't work

it too will wait until I have some time and home for the evening. Should

have left it alone!
