Variable Internet connection?

Well I got my Fitbit to work but today even texting didn't work. Said the

network was down. No one else was having a problem. Now it is working

slowly. Debating the 50 count them 50 mile trip to GLasgow tonight to have

them reseat the SIM card. So unhappy with this phone and Verizon....

Big difference...I live in Northeast Montana....very rural

Thanks for the update! My apologies, we are unable to view the screenshots. Please list the software version here. Did your service improve when you reseated the SIM card? When you leave this area does your service improve?

I was unable to reseat the SIM card so that will not happen until Sat. No

way I want to damage it...it's bad enough already. It improves somewhat but

it's never great

My software version is VS98512B. I was not able to get the SIM card out. I

don't want it to get worse. Yesterday I finally gave up and up it away. It

was either that or dump it in the toilet because it would not even let me

text. No one else was having a problem
