Only two of four rebates for switching to Verizon have been processed. One for a new unlimited line and another for BYOD with unlimited. Just received a notification for just one of them after customer service has "escalated" the situation. Went to my notifications in the Verizon app and NOTHING. I am sick of wasting my time with customer service. I switched from AT&T and they were FAARRR better than what I am experiencing with Verizon. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. What a joke.
