When I connected my LG G4 it downloaded and ran a Software Repair Assistant and now I'm locked out of my device.

It backed up and reset my phone but now it requires a Google log on using an account I've previously synced on my phone.  I've tried 3 accounts, reset passwords (after being told to do so), and it won't accept anything.  It says "please sign in using one of the owner's accounts of this device."  The software (on my computer) wants to restore the device but it froze at 10% because I haven't "finished the setup wizard".  Which it won't because it won't let me log in.

I just had the same thing happen to me.  Cannot verify my account because of the popup "Please sign in using one of the owners accounts for this device."  Any answers?
