Why Is My LG G5 Showing "Screen Overlay Detected" Messages?

I have a new LG G5.  I'm trying to give google chrome permission to access my storage in order to save pictures from chrome.  I've read lots of articles and nothing appears to solve my issue.  I have gone to the "Draw over other apps" settings menu, selected "show system" and turned every app to "no", but I still get the message.  Please, help!

I figured out it was the DU Battery Saver's "DU Swipe" that was the problem.  As soon as DU Swipe was disabled in the app, I no longer had the issue stated above.

The application Twilight (nighttime screen dimmer) caused this error on my phone.
