can I transfer voicemails from a flip phone to a new phone

I have a flip phone and I will need to go to a new phone...Will my saved voicemails transfer to my new phone.

Hello agenosky! That's a great question. You're voicemail is backed up on our servers, and not your device. As long as you don't cancel the service, you're voicemail will follow the new device. I hope this clarifies your concern.  ~Aaron

However they will not transfer if the customer is switching to an iPhone. The voicemail servers for the iPhone is separate from the Verizon servers for other types of phones.
