Our neighborhood has gone from 4 bars to one or two bars.  I am having calls breakup or drop in the house in the last year or so.  My neighbors are experiencing the same.  We are in a well developed suburb.

I have an LG but neighbors have Samsungs with the same result.

My phone is only 2 years old.

Why the drop in signal strength?  Should a bunch of go the the Verizon store so we don't get the "its your phone" excuse?

Many are having this issue myself included seems they give same scripts but nothing else they do trouble shooting which doesn't do much say they're not aware of any problems or outages say change sim card I got one from Verizon last month no difference got told by one to get a network extender I'm one mile from the tower newest one that I know of insert obvious question and there script of buildings tree and what ever else must be reason as for me I can confirm that for twenty years if not longer no trees or building have changed or added

We certainly know having your calls drop or sound poor are a major issue, and we can help look into it. It is unusual for such a long-time issue to go unresolved. Is the issue only in the neighborhood?
