recently I have found my emails are not loading the body of the mail.  I can only view the addressee ( me ) , the subject line with time and date.

We want you to be able to view the Emails that you are attempting to review. Which application are you using to attempt to view these Emails?

Let's get the body of your email message to show, lqsi11. When you say that you cannot see the body of the email, are you referring to when you open the email or the preview you get when you are notified that you have an email?

To modify the preview, please follow these steps. Open your email,  you should see the menu button (3 dots)

Tap on

Menu

Settings

General Setting

Email Preview  - adjust as you like.
