Sounds like you need to do a factory reset.  A kernel crash that happens often leads to all manner of other app and system crashes.

Michellewine9, your phone seems to be having a tempertantrum . Let’s get the phone back in working order. How long has this been happening? Has there been any recent updates to your device (software related)?  Can you tell me what was the last thing you were doing on the phone before this?
