phone unusable

Ever since the update, my phone is almost unusable.  The keyboard doesn't come up to type, facebook news feed doesn't load, the phone locks up for about 20 to 30 seconds at a time, apps do not load.  I bought an extended battery and even it is dead within the day.

Updates are meant to improve your phone, not cause you headaches! How long ago did you complete the update? Are you having issues with the keyboard only when using certain apps or is it random?

There is a stabilization period that has to process, for your battery and phone to work optimally. There may be a few other issues that may be affecting your phone outside of the stabilization that is occurring.  Try wiping the cache partition on your phone http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-156889/ and for the apps http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-112102/. Once this has been done reboot the phone and retest to see if you notice a difference. Keep us posted.
