Lte wireless problems

In the middle of a movie I lost connection.  Haven't been able to connect since then.  My phones and other TV are connected.   But Vizio will no longer connect

We're sorry to read that you are having issues connecting your TV to the LTE service. Have you tried unplugging the TV for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in, go to the Settings, forget the connection for the LTE, then set it up again? ~Peter
