5G/LTE Home Internet Router troubleshooting

So I’m actually looking for someone who can help me with this, I just ordered the internet gateway from Verizon and I already plugged it in but the little dot keeps blinking red, I already tried to unplug it and plug it in again and it’s stills the same, and when I check on my account it doesn’t seems like I have a home internet plan or something active because it doesn’t show and option or something, but it lets me request it as if I don’t have it, any ideas on what could the problem be? thanks!
