I have been dealing with Fraudulent charges and Fraudulent transactions on my account since April 2025.
To begin I have never I repeat never used my credit card on my Verizon home bill. However I strange charge showed up on 4/23/2025 for $202. Verizon supposedly sent a document to the credit card company and I was going to be held liable for it all. In checking with Verizon the document was a FAKE. The account numbers listed didn't exist. I finally got that reversed. Now Verizon says my credit card returned the charges from my home bill. Once again I have never used my credit card. Mrs Sims stated they didn't put a temporary credit on the account so now as I was concerned my account is past due and I need to pay a double payment. It appears there is a rotten apple in VERIZON. I'm tired of being taken advantage of and Ignored. The call backs promised don't happen. Then you wait on hold for 45 minutes plus. This is July still no solution. It appears I need to take my over 40 years of loyalty somewhere else. I've never had an issue like this ever. Needless to say I canceled the credit card because of all this. This is also a nightmare. Why can't they be more helpful and prompt. I was told this would be resolved before today by Ms Sims. WRONG. I received the pay double on your account today. Your account is extremely past due. Really!!!
I pray no one else ends up down this road. I'm going back to the old school way of paying bills by mail.
