I have been trying for almost a month to return my 5g Home Internet Box. They have tried to send me a label in the mail 3x. I still haven’t received it. I also tried to print one off via the link sent to me but because the account is closed, I can’t get access. Even tried with the email associated with the account and nothing works. I have been with Verizon wireless for 19 years and like their phone service but would NEVER recommend the 5g service.
