I’ve had ongoing problems over a year with Verizon’s customer service and home internet. I started calling last year around December when my home internet was acting slow. They really never gave any answer as to why just said it was slower speeds that week in my area. Since a year I’ve had 3 device changes and have spent 1-2 times a month 2-3 hours each time talking with customer service. My internet has gotten progressively worse and has even migrated to my phone service. On top of that they remove the loyalty discount after being with them for 7 years……how does that make any sense? You have a customer calling and complaining about a legitimate on going issue and your solution is to give no clear answer and increase their monthly bill? Yea no sorry as soon as they’re finished building these houses next to me and spectrum runs their line I’m adios. Far too long they’ve acted this way in my area because they have held a monopoly on service. Well not anymore guys. Do better or more people will make the change.
