After discovering several devices in my home network not working properly, I logged in to the LTE Gateway to check on settings, and discovered a firmware update was apparently pushed to the Gateway (not sure exactly when?) that caused many of my LAN settings to be lost. Has anyone else encountered this?
I take frequent backups of the Gateway settings, but when I went to restore the settings from the backup file (under System - Factory Reset - Local a Backup File), it fails with an error, "Configuration File: Bad format of configuration file." So frustrating. I've contacted phone support and am waiting for follow-up.
