Home Internet

Recently I have noticed that I'm getting 4G on my phone and about three bars of phone service, where in the past I had absolutely nothing. They must have added a tower or done some kind of readjustment. Below is a screenshot of what I found on the phone. Not sure what these numbers mean when it comes to signal strength.

My question is (first off this is a work phone, not my personal account), but given the information you see in my screenshot, what can I add to my home that would provide internet to the two or three home computers and Wi-Fi throughout the house for ring doorbells and the like?  And would the service be worth the cost?

Thank you, Bill
