How do I setup Port Forwarding on an NCQ1338FA?

I am trying to setup a dedicated server for a few games. The people on the tech support number were entirely unhelpful.

I tried enabling uPNP but that did not seem to have any effect.

I tried Virtual Server but nothing I tried there worked either. It asks for two external ports and two internal so I put the port the servers were configured to use as all four.  It asks for an internal IP within a very narrow range and I do not know what to put here. Under protocol, i don't know whether to specify All or specifically TCP.

As a gamer myself, I know how important it is to be able to set up servers for friends to connect for certain games, Seaxneat. We can certainly help with the steps on how to do this from the users guide. Chapter 5.0e is the chapter regarding Port Forwarding, learn more here: https://scache.vzw.com/dam/support/pdf/user_guide/Verizon-Internet-Gateway-User-Guide-2023.pdf

This looks like exactly what I would need except there was one problem. When I log into the router control panel it does not have an advanced option. How do I enable that?

Thanks for your reply, Seaxneat. You mentioned that you do not have an advanced option. Are you running into an issue with selecting the advanced tab or do you not have it at all and only see basic settings?
