I've been trying for a week to schedule a technician appointment.My issue is that the internet service is very slow b/c the ethernet cable is very old, and I need a technician to come fix it. I've had multiple agents on the phone tell me they've schedule an appointment, and no one has showed up. I've received broken links that don't do anything. I've tried to use the chat feature and all I get are bot responses asking for my name over and over. Is there any way I can just schedule this appointment? I've been trying for probably a collective 5 hours at this point.
