I’ve had this service for 3 years. Went to a Verizon store, verified my address and no issues. Now a message saying my speeds will be dropped because service isn’t available in my area. I had my address confirmed a year later trying to add another line but was told there was no more lte in the area. The box was even shipped to the address on file. Now the Representative told me an agent must have put a false address in order for me to get it at the signup.
So clearly Verizon lied and fraudulently allowed it. It works and has been in the same place for 3 years. after being with them for 27 years all I got was sorry. Funny how now the service is $35 - I was signed up for a lifetime plan at $25. Sounds like a made up story to make more $$$. Not a happy customer.
