Missing $300 Target Gift Card

Hi,

I added home internet into my account earlier this year and was told that I would receive a $300 target gift card after 3 full months of service. It has been about a month since I paid my bill on that third month and I haven’t had any messages regarding the gift card, and it doesn’t appear anywhere in the app or on my account in a web browser. I’ve been checking my account every week for over two months and have spoken to customer service on the phone and never gotten any help or answers on how to claim the gift card.

Hello. We want you to get the promotions you qualify for and would love to help with your questions. To better assist, please tell us. Is your service residential/Fios or Mobile?

The internet plan that we added where they said the $300 card would be included is a home internet box that we’ve added to the other mobile plans on our account.

We would love to help. When did you start this service? Do you have a screenshot of the promotion? Was this Fios service? -Joe

I added the home 5g internet to my family account  in store on March 26, 2024. I was told that I’d get an email after the 3rd full billing cycle which would’ve been in mid July. Because my purchase was in store, I don’t have a screenshot of the promotion, it has never shown up in any form on the app or in any email correspondence.

To be clear, if this is going to be an issue that I don’t have a “screenshot” revealing the promotion then I will not have any issue canceling all of my Verizon accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
