My order number is only 7 digits and its not letting me register the account

I am trying to register the account with the order number but it is only 7 digits and online it states that it should be 13 characters. I don't know what to do to be able to view my next bill and get connected to the my Verizon app. Please help I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can offer. It has been a bit frustrating.

I thank you for your help. It is the 5G LTE Home Internet.

And the service was started on March 18th 2024

Gredie, to get a little more information are you trying to register for My Verizon using your 5G Home information?

Hello, Yes I am trying to get the account connected to the Verizon app to view my bill and its not accepting the 7 digit order number that was sent to me via email. It is just not accepting the order number when registering the account. I tried the number listed on the documents and that does not work either.

I have still not got any help on this matter. Someone responds and then after I respond back I hear nothing from anyone.
