I called multiple times after setting up my service to receive confirmation for this promotion being offered. The promotion was that if I signed up online, my installation fee of 100 dollars would be waived. I called multiple times to get confirmation because I was not a discount/reduction in the final price after I made my purchase. One call, a representative told me she saw it was possible to waive but she couldn't see my account. So she said she promises that it will be done, but I have to call after it was installed. I did that and the representative then told me it was only for 1g home internet plans.
That's one instance where I felt baited and switched on.
The other is the Amazon promo gift card. There are other offers on the app that work, but the link for the Amazon promo gift does not.
I want these issues resolved. I do not want to pay into a service who cannot, at the very least, honor their promotions.
