Samsung Verizon Network Extender For Business Stopped Working

All of our Verizon Samsung network extenders have stopped working model SCS-2U3100 the last couple months.  I checked our network connections and their fine.  Did Verizon stopped supporting this model of network extender?

Verizon Network Extenders model SCS-2U's are the old 3G Network Extenders.  My understanding is as the 3G network was retired, these 3G Network Extenders were being retired/not supported as well.  It could be the servers they were connecting to in your area stayed in service until their retirement came about.  Probable need to upgrade to the 4G LTE Network Extender for similar service.
