Totally disappointed and disappointed by the situation I am facing and which Verizon still does nothing about

I no longer know what I am going to do about the situation that I have been experiencing with Veraizon for more than two weeks. They supposedly say that this is the best company in the country, the most reliable and safe, but despite my two years with them, I must express that My experiences have not been the most pleasant or safe, as I expected, I have been with Verizon for two years and recently the same company made me an offer of a second number for $10, whose number only served to send messages and make calls, I found it attractive and That option is comfortable, since I had that same service, but with a second company, with T-Movil I had a second number for work, that is, I had my personal number with Verizon and I had my second work number with T-Mรณvil After the offer that Verizon offered me a second number for $10, I didn't think twice and brought my T-Mobile number to Verizon. These changes to my account, which are apparently very simple, were quite a challenge for Verizon. that they still cannot resolve, all these changes meant that I have been unable to access my Verizon account for more than two weeks, that is, I cannot see my bill, I do not have access to it, I cannot have access to my other numbers as the account holder who currently has more than 7 active lines with them..., but the most frustrating thing is not this, it is that I have already spoken with more than 15 Verizon agents and none of them give me a solution to my problem, to more frustration and lack of professionalism on their part, when I connect with them by phone and the call drops due to situations outside of my actions, they do not even have the decency to call me back, there they demonstrate the concern for their clients and the service ๐Ÿ’ฏ that they They say, when I am lucky and manage to connect the call, it is even more exasperating because on occasions they have had me talking for more than three hours with a single agent on the phone, looking for solutions to what is impossible for them, so they have been my experiences with Verizon and more repeated in the last two weeks, they pass me from one agent to another without giving me any solution and they keep me on the phone for hours and hours without giving me a solution as if my time was not valuable or I did not work and I had all my time to waste on them. Today after so many attempts I contacted them again and they still haven't fixed my problem, the date to pay my bill is getting closer and I can't access my account, so I hold Verizon responsible for not being able to I can pay my bill for not having access to my Verizon account, really my experience is one of incompetence and unprofessionalism, the attitude they take against me as a user and customer of their service, which is not cheap at all, is disrespectful.
PLEASE VERIZON, TAKE ACTION ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU ARE FORCING ME TO LEAVE YOUR COMPANY DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE QUALITY OF WHAT YOU SAY YOU OFFER

what's going on ? If they were really so interested, they would review the supposed notes that to this day I have had to leave with the 18 agents I have spoken to about my case. I have been trying to log into my account for 15 days, and no matter how many agents I have spoken to, I still have the same one. problem, sometimes agents have even encouraged me to leave Verizon and that is what I am going to do because all patience has a limit and with you I have already reached it, I just want to see my bill to pay what I owe and leave because I no longer trust you and I have no doubt that he will have to pay even more for his mistakes.
