Vzw home internet not working for Microsoft Teams

I find connecting to either 5gig or 2.4GIG WIFI on vzw home internet to be giving me problems connecting to my Work Teams conferences

chats will work but establishing a call fails about 8/10 times and this has been the case since I started VZW home internet

if i move back to vzw mobile data it works fine

i suspect there is some issue between VZW home internet router and secure work connections
