My Verizon network extender won't connect. I've tried resetting the extender and the internet. Has been working fine for several years. I get zero cell service where I live even when wifi calling is turned on so even trying to troubleshoot with tech is a problem. Any suggestions?
FrogTreehouse, I'm sorry to hear that your Network Extender isn't working properly. Those extenders are a great way to supplement your signal in places where it's not as great as it should be. Do you phones have Wi-Fi Calling enabled at the moment?

Do you mean your extender won't connect to the Verizon Network thru your internet connection or your phones will not connect to the extender's cell signal? WiFi calling has nothing to do with cell service or cell signal the extender would provide.
What is the exact make/model extender you have?
